On a daily basis, Associate Attorneys work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation including performing case evaluation and reporting, recommending actions, preparing and reviewing proposed Orders and Motions, discovery and depositions, thorough trial presentation, communicate with clients, with an emphasis on strategic thinking to meet client objectives.
Candidates should be licensed (or obtain license) in Nevada, have knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules and procedures, exceptional research and writing skills, ability to analyze complex legal issues and complicated factual details, communicate ideas and concepts orally and in writing, ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and honesty in all matters, and work effectively, efficiently, and professionally on a daily basis.
