Keys for Success

Your Background:

• Ohio bar license required
• 5+ years of law firm experience as an attorney
• Proven expertise in transactional law, with a focus on business and commercial transactions; experience in employment law is beneficial.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and NuLaw

Your Attributes:

• You have natural leadership qualities, including asking others for their ideas, and gaining the support of the team while creating and contributing to the team synergy
• Your communication style is professional, factual, and straightforward
