Our attorneys are experienced initiating and defending will contests, undue influence suits, financial exploitation claims, contested probates and various other matters arising under the Washington State Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA).

We are also well-versed in complex business disputes, title disputes, contract disputes, real estate fraud matters, zoning/permitting issues, easements, complex evictions, landlord/tenant disputes. We are litigation focused but are experienced in complex transactional work and estate planning as well.

We are looking for someone with an interest and passion in fighting for people who are often in their lowest moments. While you will be part of a team, working closely with our current attorneys and paralegals, you will be given the latitude to work independently and grow. We are small, so you will get in the trenches much faster than at a larger firm.

Flynn and Associates, PLLC is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join the firm. The ideal candidate has between 1-3 years’ experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, references, academic credentials, and strong legal writing are required. The position requires a candidate who can work independently on many different types of cases, manage demands and changing priorities, and be excited for significant opportunities to argue in court.

The candidate must have strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a tight-knit team. An ideal candidate should have rigorous analytical skills and a passion for protecting and advocating for our client’s property rights.

We are a small firm so fit will be incredibly important. We need someone who is excited about litigation but doesn’t hate transactional work. If you want to live out “Groundhog’s Day”, this is not the place for you. None of us are interested in micromanaging you, and we don’t have time quotas. You will be litigating in front of a judge before you know it.
