Associate Attorney

Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP with offices in Manhattan, Garden City, White Plains and Bridgeport is seeking mid-level attorneys with at least 1 year of relevant litigation experience who are ready to take their next step and handle the defense of medical malpractice cases. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from

· Inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials

• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Conducting depositions
• Meeting with expert witnesses
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
• Writing motions on a variety of complex legal and medical issues

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
