We are looking for a new permanent, full-time Associate Attorney to join our expanding team!  770GoodLaw wants to offer this golden opportunity to you, not only to help our clients, but to help yourself as well. About You:

WHAT A PLAYER DOES: 

• Manages a case load from ranging from 40-80 case,
• Reviewing pre-suit files and filing suit,
• Review complaint packages,
• Perfecting services, 
• Conduct depositions of relevant parties, 
• Sending offer of judgment and unliquidated damage demands, 
• Propounding and responding to written discovery and resolving and discovery dispute, 
• Preparing and conducting or defending depositions 
• Preparing and conducting or defending, expert depositions, 
• Preparing and conducting mediations, 
• Preparing and conducting trails, 
• Preparing and conducting settlement negotiations,
• Setting up litigation cases and motioning for attorney’s fees,
• Negotiating and resolving litigated cases, 
• Other tasks as assigned.

WHAT A PLAYER HAS:

• A love for checklists and procedures 
• A Juris Doctorate degree and member in good standing with the Ga State Bar
• Flexibility to work across different disciplines including property damage, bodily injury, and UM.
• Computer skills and being able to learn new software programs quickly.
• Capacity to work and communicate well on a team that consists of additional attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Superior verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with contacts both internally and externally.
• Capability to travel the state of Georgia to attend or conduct any type of deposition, case evaluations, court proceedings, ect. 
• Ability to lift, walk with and maneuver up to 50 lbs. 
• Capacity of sitting for long periods at a time.
• Preferably bilingual and can speak Vietnamese, Spanish or any other language.

On top of the base compensation ranging from $46,000 to $72,000, we offer other benefits such as:

• Mentoring, training and education in personal or professional development, 
• Flexible work schedules such as (4) 9 hour days and (1) 4 hour day,
• Monthly Core Values, Character, Competency and Collaboration 360 Reviews resulting in an incentive of $1,000, $800, $600, $400, $200 or $0;
• Monthly Attendance Incentive of $1,000 to be split amongst those with perfect attendance.
• Quarterly Handling Fees Incentive: 
  • 2.45% of litigation settlements up to $100,000
  • 3.67% of litigation settlements above $100,00 but below 200,000
  • 4.90% of litigation settlements above $200,000
• 50% of health insurance paid for you,
• 10 days of paid Holidays and 12 days of Paid Time Off (“PTO”) for vacation/sick time (PTO will escalate at 2 additional days per year of service to a maximum of 18 days),
• 50% reimbursement in your choice of training and education in personal or professional development and growth up to 6% of your base salary,
• After 1 year, the Firm will match 8% to your 12% of Base Pay 401k contribution.
•  After 2 years, a defined profit sharing based on your tenure and contribution.

Once we are able to sell non-voting stocks to the Firm, we will give 1/3 ownership to our Team based on tenure and contribution.
