Associate Attorney

We handle catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. As a boutique law firm by choice, we limit our caseload so that we can deliver exceptional legal representation to clients. Responsibilities:
This position is best suited for someone with strong litigation experience, and trial experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to independently handle personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through disbursement.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of personal injury experience.
• Extensive litigation experience is required.
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
• Must have extensive experience taking depositions, drafting, and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management.
• Ability to work autonomously and with direction from managing partner.
• An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra mile for clients.
