This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating, and litigating cases in the areas of Law and Labor and Employment Law.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Demonstrated ability to provide legal advice and conduct legal research
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar
- Prior litigation experience is preferred
