Role Description

This is a full-time remote Associate Attorney role located in Florida. The Associate will assist in litigation matters and provide regulatory compliance advice. They will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting and filing pleadings, and attending court hearings as necessary. The Associate will also be responsible for communicating with clients, outside counsel, and other professionals involved in the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage case files
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission
• Prior experience in complex litigation and/or regulatory compliance is preferred
• Proficiency in document management and e-discovery software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
