What you'll do:
- Research and analyze transactions to determine authenticity
- Interact with cardholders to determine transaction authenticity
- Interact with clients and respond to inquiries
- Provide research material to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks
What you'll achieve:
- Measurably identify and prevent consumer fraud activity for our business customers
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels
- Maintain consumer personal and pay card data privacy and security
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, new graduates welcome
- Excellent research and observation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly
- Great attention to detail and an ability to pick up on patterns and trends
- Creative and abstract thinker when needed
