Job Title: Associate Agent

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representatives/Agents must be able to work closely with insurance carriers to ensure all proposals submitted meet our client's expectations. All accounts must be thoroughly maintained within the company's agency management system, Epic. The Account Representative is responsible for ensuring the policies written by the insurance company are properly prepared and providing the coverage that was presented to the insured within the submitted proposal. All Customer Service Representatives are required to cross-sell and make prudent recommendations to ensure our clients are properly protected.

- Overseeing an established book of personal clients
- Gathering and compiling required documents for binding coverages
- Negotiating renewal proposals
- Providing certificates, quotes, binders, endorsements
- Building strong client rapport
- Resolving issues
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- A current and in good standing State of California Insurance Property/Casualty license
Salary
- Starting salary based on prior experience & abilities
- New Business Commissions paid in addition to salary

- 40-hour work week
