Associate Accountant

Associate Accountant (Part-Time) - Onsite

This position will serve as support for the Accounting Department and assisting in the administration of the Corporate Card and Travel programs. This position works primarily with Accounting, and closely with the Accounts Payable and Sourcing departments.

Work Location: Memphis Corporate Headquarters. Onsite (3 days/week) is required. Remote/hybrid cannot be offered due to role's responsibilities.

Hours: estimated 20-25 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:

• Generating reports for internal departments and assisting in the preparation of posting expenses to the general ledger
• Assisting with the corporate card programs and corporate travel arrangements
• Ensuring that corporate card usage is compliant with company policy
• Answering emails and other administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Ability to learn about new systems, both desktop and mobile
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple individuals and groups
• Listening, interpersonal, influencing, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft programs
