Position Summary:
The Monfort College of Business, a Malcolm BaldrigeNational Quality Award recipient, invites applications for an Accounting Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor,starting in the Fall of 2024. The Accounting Department has recently been rated#1 for scholarly research in experimental AIS and #5 for AIS research byBYU. For more information on thecollege, please see mcb.unco.edu.
Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Accountingat a higher education institution accredited by the AACSB. Collegiate teachingexperience is required. Candidates must be academically qualified andinstructionally current to be considered for this position. All areas ofresearch will be considered. The ability to teach accounting analytics and/ortax is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants will have completed a Ph.D. in Accounting (or ABDfor assistant professors) at a higher education institution that is AACSBaccredited. Collegiate teaching experience required. Candidates must beacademically qualified and instructionally current to be considered for thisposition.
PreferredQualifications:
Preferred applicants will have the ability to design andteach relevant courses in accounting analytics and/or tax.

This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
