Responsibilities
Position Summary:

- Bilingual preferred - Spanish speaking
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to plan and execute daily workload
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to implement training procedures
- Implement new procedures for Inventory tracking, receiving of our goods
- Work closely with the Manager to implement a training system for leads
- Work independently to ensure the warehouse is in good condition and all booths are being shipped properly
- Oversee/manage the pre-production of trade show booths
- Manage, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Detailed and careful packing of trade show booths and exhibit materials
- Operating a Forklift and order picker
- Load and unload company trucks
- Coordinate shipments and make deliveries to the convention Centers (marshaling)
- Assist and/or Lead the installation and dismantling of trade show booths on the show floor.
- Basic Audio-Visual knowledge (can be trained)
- Oversee and assist as needed in the delivery, setup, and pickup of basic audio-visual equipment (in company trucks)
- Managing the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse environment
- Must provide DMV driving record
Experience and skill set:- 2 years or more of warehouse experience in an exhibit or production environment.
- 1 year in a supervisor or management position.
- 1-year trade show Install and dismantle experience (we can train)
- Good working knowledge of Trade Shows and working on the show floor (we can train)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time effectively
- Good communication skills
- Basic Audio Visual knowledge (can be trained)
- Ability to competently drive a forklift and order picker.
- Ability to safely drive a 26’ box truck.

- Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Drug test
- Background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
