The Assistant Vice President, Product Management & Development - Salesforce Technology is a supervisory role responsible for the successful implementation and development of the AT&T Salesforce solution and responsible for delivering a business transformation into relationship selling that directly impacts ~$90B of revenue generated through all retail sales channels. The selected candidate must have deep Salesforce.com experience in several areas (i.e. Salesforce Cloud, Vlocity, Einstein, Service Cloud, etc.) at an enterprise level and be able to successfully demonstrate their knowledge of E2E implementation experience, stakeholder engagement, and platform development expertise. This position typically reports to Senior Management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversees the development of new product ideas, including the study and evaluation of their potential and practicality.
• Coordinates the initial stages of new product development, as well as modifications or design changes in existing product lines.
• Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines.
• Acts as technical advisor for specific products assigned.
• Overall responsibility for defining product designs for new or enhanced products; performing initial product assessments; prototyping new or enhanced product user interfaces and base technology; developing new product business cases; testing and certification processes.
• Determines product design alternatives and communicates the market impact implications.

Desired Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility and related to the design, development and management of activities for products/services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life (lifecycle management), including complex products or product lines.
• The selected candidate must have deep Salesforce.com experience in several areas (i.e. Salesforce Cloud, Vlocity, Einstein, Service Cloud, etc.) at an enterprise level and be able to successfully demonstrate their knowledge of E2E implementation experience, stakeholder engagement, and platform development expertise.
• Responsibility for the business case and P&L for assigned products.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a large matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
• PM Certification preferred.

Our AVP Product Management & Development - Salesforce Technology earns between $206,900 - $310,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
