```Duties:``` - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals - Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements - Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication - Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) - Proven experience in sales, leadership, and business development roles - Strong understanding of profit loss analysis and financial management principles - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or qualifications.
