Job Description
As an Assistant to the Residential Division manager, you will be involved in overseeing ongoing projects and gaining firsthand experience in managing personnel, projects, and interacting with customers. You will be trained in evaluating estimates, procurement, contracting subcontractors, creating construction schedules, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Additionally, you will assist in writing meeting agendas and taking notes during owner-architect meetings, as well as coordinating STS personnel and subcontractors.
Our goal is to provide a structured career path for your growth and development. You will start by assisting in daily tasks with direct supervision and gradually move on to handling small projects independently. Ultimately, the aim is for you to become a full-fledged residential project manager overseeing multiple crews and projects under the Division Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Residential Division Manager with the management of projects in process
- 3+ years of previous experience in working on custom home ground up/remodels in any role
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Salary Rate: $30K-$60K DOE
- PTO and Paid Holidays
- 100% covered medical,401K with employer match
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
