Inspects teamwork and monitors buildings to ensure quality
· Conducts walkthroughs with Operations manager at different sites
· Cleans buildings when necessary and covers shifts
· Perform quality, service, and safety inspections. Making sure the quality of building is kept to standards
· Provide correction actions and recommendations on areas that need improvement
· Maintain details records of the cleaning operations
· Ensure Company standards are met in cleanliness of accounts - by taking complete ownership of the service that is being provided at all customer accounts in the area
· Inspections: min of 2/month at each location
· Notify operations manager of specific resolution plan for deficiencies or complaints within 24 hours. Follow up to ensure plan was carried out to resolve issue
· Hands on training of each new employee: Complete training checklist on 100% of new employees and submit to the Operations Manager
· Re-train current employees as needed - document this training and submit to HR for EE Master File
· Responsible for providing coverage in cases of vacations, absences, or position vacancies (whether by crew coverage, floats or covering the run yourself)
· Can give clear instructions (verbal and written) to the team
· Assist the Operations Manager in the management and leadership of the staff.
· Knowledge of the proper use of chemicals and equipment
· Ensure janitorial closets are neat, labeled, and orderly always and all SDS sheets stored where they can be easily accessible
· Keep adequate supplies in janitorial closets
· Communicates in a timely manner with the Operations Manager to include when and quantity of equipment and supplies
