Omega Builders is an award winning local area home builder recognized for providing an exceptional home buying experience for our customers! We are currently looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our awesome team! The Assistant Superintendent will assist in on-site coordination of all phases of new home construction, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment.
Upon successful completion of training, the Assistant Superintendent will promote to the Superintendent role.

Essential Duties
- Assists in managing the construction of multiple home construction sites under Omega’s lean principles
- Develops and maintains great working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Communicates Omega’s quality and performance standards to contractors and vendors
- Schedules subcontractors, vendors and inspectors to ensure timely completion
- Performs quality control duties and responsibilities for the work being performed
- Maintains a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping and safety regulations
- Maintains up to date knowledge of required building codes, etc.
- Conducts New Home Orientation with homeowners prior to closing
- Ensures all punch list items are completed prior to closing
- Achieves the highest quality end product and new homeowner satisfaction through effective management of resources and construction process
- Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Experience residential new home construction preferred
