What You'll Do for Us:
- Has accountability for ongoing activities, may lead processes or project steps within a broader project.
- Acts as an established and productive professional working independently with limited supervision.
- Acts as a Team Leader or Supervisor of support / para-professional level employees with limited people management responsibilities setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
- Problems faced are difficult, typically not complex and may require a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Responsible for checking and correcting problems not immediately evident in existing systems and processes / making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
- Problems are solved through interpretation of procedures or policies.
- Explains policies, practices, and procedures of the job area to others within the organization.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve explaining or interpreting information in order to reach agreement.
- May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong Visual Merchandising experience in both soft-lines & hard-lines products/good.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of prior relevant experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Has in-depth knowledge in retail management and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Experience in solving complex problems and implementing solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.

Skills:
Pay Range:
$71,300 - $84,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
