Requirements
• Maintains good working relationships with staff and customers.
• Ensures integrity of casino and concept operations.
• Maintains procedures and controls to protect assets and ensure efficiency and profitability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Gaming Regulations
• Possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide instructions written and orally
• Previous management experience, preferred
• Trains staff on operational functions, i.e.: computers, inventory and equipment.
• Ensures staff's adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitors deliveries, pars, tape buys and money exchanges.
• Responsible for scheduling, maintaining and ensuring payroll records are accurate and timely.
• Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to bend and lift up 25 lbs. as needed
• Ability to be flexible with hours
• Proficient in basic PC skills, i.e.: Microsoft Office
• Money handling experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
