Position Overview: As the Associate Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our convenience store. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help ensure smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, and efficient team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- *Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. *Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. *Train, coach, and mentor store associates to deliver high-quality service and uphold company standards. *Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards to enhance the overall customer experience. *Conduct regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product ordering to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize out-of-stock situations. *Assist in implementing promotional activities, displays, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and meet revenue targets. *Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- *Previous retail experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment. *Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. *Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. *Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. *Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. *Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
