Responsibilities:

• Represent Mr. Splash Car Wash positively in the community!
• Lead by example in exceptional customer service
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Handle payroll data entries and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding incidents.
• Promote monthly wash club and Fleet pass programs!
• Assist in hiring and training new staff.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively!
• Ensure operational effectiveness and minimize delays.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Associate degree or higher (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of customer care experience
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience

Abilities:

• Implement and apply policies and procedures.
• Be cross trained in all car wash aspects.
• Use preventative maintenance procedures on equipment.
• Be a problem solver and think ahead.

Qualities:

• Physically able to perform car wash duties.
• Proactive safety attitude
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and good team player
