Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Service Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service and shop efficiency. This position involves a combination of customer interaction, administrative tasks, and coordination with service technicians to deliver a seamless service experience.
- Meet and greet customers professionally.
- Promptly answer inbound phone calls, greet customers, and assist with vehicle service needs.
- Perform outbound calls, including follow-ups, and status updates.
- Assist Service Advisors with customer check-ins, providing accurate cost estimates.
- Answer customer questions about service outcomes.
- Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and monitor vehicle progress throughout the day.
- Obtain necessary payments and signatures from customers.
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Capability to lift 30 pounds.
- Strong phone skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
