Paradisaea Restaurant is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our opening team! We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Paradisaea Brand Standards for service
- Active engagement and ownership in continuing education and development of the craft and elements of hospitality
- STATION and TABLE maintenance:
- Ensure station is set in accordance to the company and DOH standards
- Ensure station is fully stocked and ready for service; Ensure station cleanliness is maintained continuously before, during, and after service
- Ensure tables are set appropriately for the courses
- Ensure tables are clear of any used/empty dishware, silverware, glassware
- Ensure water levels are maintained for all guests
- Assist server in timings of courses
- Provide attentiveness and excellent service to our guests
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Certifications in San Diego County Food Protection License
- Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- US work authorization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.30 - $25.00 per hour
