- Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises security operations.
- Prepares reports and records for management team, evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
- Prepares periodic budget estimates and reports, orders supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supervises security personnel initiating personnel actions including recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal, prepares work schedules, assigns or delegates responsibilities and evaluates performance.
- Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security.
- Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains accurate records.
- Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Assists in the implementation, training and administration of automated security systems, maintains records and conducts periodic inspections.
- Coordinates training with regard to loss prevention, fire, blood borne pathogens and all other safety topics related to all team members.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience.
- TAM, Non-Gaming Card.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- 2 years of management experience preferred.
