What will I be doing?   As an Assistant Security Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises security operations.
• Prepares reports and records for management team, evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
• Prepares periodic budget estimates and reports, orders supplies and equipment as needed.
• Supervises security personnel initiating personnel actions including recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal, prepares work schedules, assigns or delegates responsibilities and evaluates performance.
• Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security.
• Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains accurate records.
• Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
• Assists in the implementation, training and administration of automated security systems, maintains records and conducts periodic inspections.
• Coordinates training with regard to loss prevention, fire, blood borne pathogens and all other safety topics related to all team members.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-3 years of Supervisory experience.
• TAM, Non-Gaming Card.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
