Assistant Sales Manager
· Lead the development and delivery of a marketing and students recruitment strategy for the University, ensuring all activities are in line with the broader University brand and recruitment strategies.
· Work in close liaison with other marketing colleagues and manages the team to deliver the needed results.
· Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for both international and local student recruitment for Perdana University.
· Develop and maintain a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students.
· Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes.
· Establishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the marketing department to meet targets.
· Develops and manages annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitors expenditures; prepares summary assessments and reports when necessary
· Liaising with Student Recruitment Agents to provide and manage monthly recruitment activities.
· Provides support for promotional special events such as open day, education fairs, school events etc.
· Planning and execution of communication campaigns for all courses and programs at Perdana University.
· Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential student markets in collaboration with academic faculties
· Serves as a liaison officer and contact point for international student immigration process.
· Conducts market research and analysis, and provide updates on the specific programs being offered, student-program demand etc.
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
