SalaryNorth American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for an Assistant Service Repair Technician located in Charlotte, North Carolina region.
Average pay rate for this position is $19-$22 / Hr.
Purpose of the Job:
Assist the Lead Service Technician with investigating and repairing a variety of low-slope roof types.
Job Duties:
- Assist Lead Technician in service repairs
- Assist Lead Technician on small contract jobs
- Assist Lead Technician with inspections on minor preventative maintenance repairs
- Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
- Assist Lead Technician with driving when necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain OSHA certification will be required
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs
- Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Weekend and/or overnight travel may be required
- A good driving record is preferred for this position
- Must pass drug screen
