SalaryKeene Housing’s (KH) Assistant Property Manager provides the opportunity for an individual to work at one of the nation’s leaders in affordable housing policy development. As participants in the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s groundbreaking Moving to Work Demonstration program (MTW), KH is blazing new trails in the areas of policy reform, affordable housing development, and resident services.
The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the property management staff in coordinating marketing, rental and occupancy efforts in compliance with HUD, Rural Development and Keene Housing regulations. Responsibilities include complex data and information management for tenant eligibility certification and lease compliance, as well as tenant relations and customer service. This individual must demonstrate superior customer service, a professional attitude, strong time management skills and excellent written correspondence. Qualified candidates must have an Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
