Assistant Property Manager - Apartments

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will assist with property mangement activities and responsibilities at one of our apartment communities.

Responsibilities:

• Help anticipate, identify and assess tenants' needs
• Assist with re-certifications, occupancy levels, and compliance regulations
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Assist with financial transactions and reporting as needed
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with company accounting and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
