Salary```Responsibilities```
- Oversee the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Assist in the preparation of leases and other legal documents
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
```Qualifications```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of contract preparation and review processes
- Experience with Yardi/CRM or similar property management software is a plus
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform general administrative and legal administrative tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
