WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Managerfor a multi-family residential property in the Gainesville, GA area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet prospective residents
- Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities
- Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community
- Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
- Take ownership of marketing the property through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bi-Lingual skills of Spanish
- Prior experience in multifamily residential property management
- Apartment leasing experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude
- Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone
- LIHTC - knowledge of tax credit, fair housing laws, safety issues and / or a working knowledge of property management software are a PLUS
