Property manager looking for an assistant with a background in condominium and homeowners associations’ property management. Ideal candidate must present professionally, work independently and with minimal supervision, while maintaining a positive business relationship with all owners, residents, board members and coworkers.
Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to :
- Work hours vary - depending on your schedule. Very flexible
- Job is remote, work from home, answering questions from unit owners and addressing complaints
Requirements, including but not limited to :
- Possess excellent communication skill combined with a thoroughly professional presentation
- Strong customer service orientation
- A team player with good business skills
- Someone who is self-motivated and who will go the extra mile for our company and our clients
- Prior experience in condominium association management/property inspections
- 2+ years condominium management experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
