DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will direct production departments to ensure consistent efficiency of all operations.  

• You will manage and oversee staff development. 

• You will define and lead parameters for processes and technology using key performance indicator charts. 

• You will contribute to the operating budget development.  

• You will enforce quality programs (FSSC 2200 system) and guarantee all production programs. 

SKILLS 

• You hold a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree, Dairy Manufacturing or Food Science preferred. 

• You have 5+ years of experience in cheese industrial production management. 

• You are familiar with cheese industry technology and production processes.
