Position Summary:
Pavion and our family of companies (CTSI, AFA, Structure Works, Star Asset Security, et al) is seeking an Assistant Operations Coordinator.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management, and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed
- Database Management of Customer Information (including Sedona and Central Station)
- Answering Phone & General Administration support as needed
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable assistance
- Coordinate with various company department, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare permitting documents and submittals
- Maintain professionalism in high stress situations
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Permit expediting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Permit expediting experience
- Knowledgeable with AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Outlook
- Knowledge of electrical circuitry, network principles, NEC and fire codes
- Knowledge of various low voltage systems
- Reading and understanding construction drawings
