```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and manage office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to the office environment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship building
- Proficient in payroll processing and familiar with relevant software systems
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
