SalaryCompensation is a Base Hourly Pay + Commission + Club bonus. Our Assistant Membership Directors make, on average, $65,000 just for meeting company standards for performance. Our top 10% in this role make up to $85,000, exceeding sales goals.
LA Fitness is looking for an Assistant Membership Director who is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and talented. Sales experience is great, but if you desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales goals are met. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fitness, disciplined, and competitive.
- Responsible for new membership goals to reach company objectives
- Attain or exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in community events for branding and lead generation
- Prospect potential new members
- Maintain relationships with current members and prospective members
- Facility management entry-level
- Responsible for staff schedules
- Weekends are required
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly
- Eager to learn and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Leading a team of 4-5
- Professional appearance
- Willing to work within the shifts window of 12 pm-10 pm Weekdays and 8 am-8 pm Weekends (could vary depending on the location)
