Job description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assists Sales and Service Manager in planning, directing and evaluating the overall operation of the branch and branch personnel under guidelines of appropriate policies.

Aids in implementation of branch sales and Member Service goals and timetables as established by the Chief Retail Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience.

Supports all Member Service activities through the ability to perform the duties of all branch positions and fills in other positions at least once a month to maintain skills.

Presents loan products and services effectively. Processes loan paperwork, verifies accuracy and completeness of information for submission to the appropriate departments.

Performs above average consistently in most areas to include sales revenue, Member Service standards, and work quality.

Assists Sales and Service Manager in the training and development of branch associates in an effort to meet established goals to include assisting in the preparation of performance appraisals.

Assists Sales and Service Manager in maintaining branch security and education of personnel in security procedures and policies.

Manages branch operations in absence of the Sales and Service Manager.

Maintains knowledge from previous research to continue acting as a point of contact for a certain procedure in the Member Service area.

Supports and adheres to Member Service standards.

Assists members in completing appropriate documentation regarding fraud situations.

Maintains a member first mindset.

Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.

Completes all training as required.

Performs other related duties as required.
