The Assistant Master Cook is responsible for the daily production for one of many fabulous Peppermill restaurants. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the highest quality food products, with a commitment to excellence in cuisine.
Qualifications:
Prefer 2 or more years in hotel/casino or restaurant culinary teams.
Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.
Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
