Job Description
Arcane Resources, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the office. Ensuring the day's expectations are met will be the primary role as well as other duties. The selected candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work some weekend when required.
We have part time and full time positions available.
**Bilingual in Spanish is required**
Customer services over the phone and in person skills required.
Quickbooks experience desired but not required.
Payroll processing experience desired but not required.
US DOT regulations experience desired but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $12 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in College Station, TX.
- Oversee the hiring process, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Assisting with resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed consistently and effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, inventory, and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both company files and customer files.
- Ensure that all company files are properly stored in accordance with company policies.
- Reviewing and evaluating the performance of all employees; applying standard performance metrics to review performance against performance metrics, provide feedback to management on performance, and take action as needed to improve performance.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or other related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role required. At least 2 years’
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels (employees, customers, etc). Must be able to listen actively and communicate clearly. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to follow instructions but also modify instructions based on customer needs or specific requests when necessary. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with many demands on it. Must be able to work independently without sacrificing quality or timeliness of work
