Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including opening and closing registers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Support the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
