Assistant Manager Trainee

Evergreen Waste Services is a Residential Hauling company servicing New Castle County Delaware. We currently are looking to hire an Assistant Manager for our Customer Service office with at least 1-year of experience in management, call center environment dealing with customer service issues, collections, or sales.

As the Assistant Manager Trainee you will be required to go through 6 months of customer service/management training before being offered the full position of Assistant Manager. The assistant office manager supports the office manager in their role. Knowledge & training in all of the office managers duties is essential to this role. In the absence of the office manager, the Assistant Manager must be able to keep the office functioning at the same standard of operations. Expertise in customer service is vital to this role, as you will be assisting with training & coaching office staff. The ability to multitask, prioritize & reprioritize is required as the day-to-day duties may change based on business needs.

· Generate invoices for recurring services monthly.

· Provide invoicing documentation to vendors to be printed & mailed.

· Administer electronic invoices.

· Process check payments received for bank deposits.

· Integrate payments from various sources to the primary platform.

· Process automatic payments on specified days monthly.

· Follow up on declined payments, past due accounts, and failed email addresses.

· Oversee the work of all customer service employees to ensure they work productively & up to company standards.

· Train new office employees & develop current employees to be successful in their roles.

· Lead weekly staff meetings on designated days.

· Track profitability through the utilization of balancing reports, aging reports, and invoicing for services.
