Assistant Manager, Sales Consultant

Job Description Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Sales Consultant under Vivace brand will support administrative tasks with a high level of interaction with customers, sales team, and liaising effectively with contacts to meet business requirements customer excellence. S/he will support all order lifecycle from order entry into SAP, to order management, overseeing the fulfillment process for both domestic and international purchase orders of Vivace products. S/he will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, and supporting teams) to maintain accurate financial records, facilitate efficient payment processing, follow up on Vivace sales AR/AP accounts as well as Vivace team's internal requests.
Job Description:
Accounts Receivable / Payable (AR/AP):

• Execute daily posting of received payments through various channels, including ACH, credit card, check, and wire transfer.
• Review and maintain up-to-date Credit Applications, ACH Forms, and documentation such as Resale Certificates, Permits, IDs, EINs, SSNs, etc.
• Authorize order releases for pending documents (AC), Past Due Accounts (AR), and Returned Payment Accounts (NF).
• Manage ACH and check chargebacks by processing GL transactions and notifying Sales staff for re-deposit procedures.
• Perform daily reconciliation of GL in alignment with bank statements.
• Maintain SAP system memos associated with AR transactions.
• Update SAP with new and existing customer information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure prompt tracking and processing of payments.

Sales Support and Administration:

• Keep track of order status and generate reports using Excel and other relevant systems to facilitate communication and order management.
• Maintain records of Salesman changes and terminations in the migration process.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Vivace's customers.
• Coordinate the procurement of seasonal t-shirts and jackets for the Vivace Sales team.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new Vivace team members.

The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
