Assistant Manager-Retail Sales

European Wax Center Bowie s looking for a sensational Assistant Manager with an amazing personality and positive attitude who is committed to excellence and looking to grow our newest center.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating brand loyalty and providing a memorable and inviting experience for each guest. This includes but is not limited to; leading and coaching a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness.

Previous beauty and salon industry experience preferred.

• Guest Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guests remain the top priority
• Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities and staff evaluations; meeting center Key Performance Indicators to grow the business
• Leadership: Proven ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the established team, while building a strong and positive culture
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
