Operations Manager

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet market demands
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise
