Salary- Accept rental payments and post rents to the computer
- Prepare statement of deposit for past residents
- Maintain accurate monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals and delinquencies for bonus purposes.
- Assume community managers' duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide general clerical assistance to community office
- Be able to assist leasing consultants by showing model homes, signing renewals, validating application information, and move in documents.
- Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.
- Screen applications for prospective residents.
- Inspect apartments for readiness.
- Monitor advertising sites and marketing information.
- Assist Property Manager with daily tasks as well as all leasing efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
