Come join the team at SPENGA! We need a rock star Assistant Manager at our East Cobb location to help us grow our fitness community. Fitness industry experience is not a must but is preferred.
We create an unrivaled fitness experience for our members. Unlike any gym or studio of its kind, SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness to create what's known as the best workout ever. This unique concept fills a void in the market by delivering cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility in every group training session, through a combination of spin, strength training, and yoga. SPENGA creates a multi-sensory experience with space dedicated specifically to each element of the workout, invigorating aromatherapy and workouts fueled by energizing DJ-inspired beats. We believe strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, and revive. And when your fitness routine works, life works too
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management:
o Assist the owner with the day-to-day management and operations of the studio.
o Work with front desk staff and instructors to ensure the sales process is being performed at a high level every time.
o Ensure a clean facility is maintained.
o Ensure a high level of member satisfaction where they are greeted warmly and treated as family.
o Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings.
• Membership Sales:
o Daily and timely follow-up on leads in the CRM by calling the prospects and getting them into the studio for a free workout.
§ The goal is to call the prospect within 10 minutes of receiving the lead
o Sell memberships, packages, and services to the prospects during their first visit.
o Teach and train the front desk staff and instructors on selling the memberships, packages, and services.
o Cold call people in the database who had either been a past member or a lead at one time.
• Member Relations and Retention:
o Follow up with "At Risk" members to help them get back on track with their fitness goals
o Assist in developing email marketing campaigns from our database
o Assist with developing the Spenga Brand within the community via outreach.
o Work with our existing members to get more leads through referrals.
o Promote Spenga East Cobb through Community Based Activities and Programs
• Other Duties:
o Perform normal front desk and studio duties
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
