Typical day in the life as an Assistant Manager:

• Ensure that your customers receive an experience that exceeds industry standards each and every time
• Help to build and oversee a TEAM that includes lead technicians and certified technicians who will perform light duty preventive maintenance services on personal and fleet vehicles such as: Full-service oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, fluid exchange services, and tire pressure adjustment.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to the customers while addressing their needs
• Constantly develop your TEAM members, maintaining an open line of communication ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control always
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain an open-door policy with your hands-on General Manager to ensure current company policy, goals, and budgets are being always met

What we are we looking for?

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 50 hours per week on occasion
• Must have basic computer operating skills
