Your Role: Leading with Enthusiasm and Expertise

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and energizing our sales team, with a special focus on expanding our membership program.
• Assisting in the training and development of our team, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Overseeing the operational integrity of equipment and technology within the facility.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and minor repairs to ensure seamless operation.
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Managing administrative tasks efficiently, upholding company policies, and ensuring legal compliance.
• Prioritizing safety and security within the team and premises.
• Acting as the managerial point of contact in the General Manager's absence.

Qualifications for the Role:

Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and working in all weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional manner.

Aged 18 or older, with a commitment to ethical conduct in all interactions.

Schedule: Our hours are 8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 8 am - 7 pm on Sunday. Expect two consecutive days off and some half-days, ensuring work-life balance.
