Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise
- Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions and providing change
- Utilize POS system to process sales and returns accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and retail sales techniques
- Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Excellent mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing budgets
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and store cleanliness
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing terms
