```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation - Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest service and satisfaction - Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards - Respond to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures ```Experience``` - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field - Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards and practices - Familiarity with custodial and commercial cleaning techniques - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail to ensure high quality standards are met - Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
